Wikileaks ha da poco pubblicato un breve documento riservato della "cellula rossa" della CIA, convocata per affrontare un grave problema. Finora, l'opinione pubblica europea era stata piuttosto indifferente alla guerra in Afghanistan. Dopo nove anni, gli europei iniziano invece a stancarsene e l'80% dei francesi e dei tedeschi sono contrari ad aumentare le truppe.
Occorre organizzare una controffensiva mediatica.
Il documento è intitolato Afghanistan: Sustaining West European Support for the NATO-led Mission—Why Counting on Apathy Might Not Be Enough.
Il concetto viene riassunto in una frase di difficile traduzione: "Tailoring Messaging Could Forestall or At Least Contain Backlash". Al costo di far perdere alla frase il suo fondamentale carattere americano – cioè militar-pubblicitario-economico – possiamo dire che significa, all'incirca, "personalizzare il messaggio per il pubblico potrebbe prevenire o comunque limitare le ricadute", rendendolo "più propensoi a tollerare una primavera e un'estate con maggiori perdite militari e civili".
Ed ecco le proposte:
– focalizzare sul presunto sostegno degli afghani all'ISAF;
– "la trasmissione di un messaggio che drammatizzi le potenziali conseguenze negative di una sconfitta ISAF per i civili afghani potrebbe far leva sui sensi di colpa francesi (e di altri europei) per averli abbandonati. La prospettiva che i taliban potrebbero far regredire il porgresso, conquistato con tanta difficoltà, nel campo dell'istruzione femminile potrebbe provocare lo sdegno francese e diventare un punto di mobilitazione per il pubblico francese, largamente laico."
– "messaggi che illustrino in che modo una sconfitta in Afghanistan potrebbe aumentare l'esposizione della Germania al terrorismo, all'oppio e ai profughi potrebbero rendere la guerra più significativa per gli scettici";
– sfruttare l'immagine di Obama, molto amato dal pubblico europeo.
Ma soprattutto, bisogna usare le donne:
"Le donne afghane potrebbero servire come messaggere ideali per umanizzare il ruolo dell'ISAF nel combattere i Taliban"
La cellula rossa chiarisce che c'è un motivo preciso per cui occorre utilizzare l'immagine-donna: i sondaggi dimostrano che le donne europee sono molto meno favorevoli alla guerra degli uomini.
– "Eventi mediatici che riportino le testimonianze di donne afghane sarebbero probabilmente più efficaci se trasmessi da programmi rivolti a un vasto pubblico prevalentemente femminile".
Più o meno contemporaneamente, leggiamo nei media italiani che i taliban "hanno impiccato un bambino di sette anni accusato di fare la spia".
Pesco alcune reazioni in un forum a caso:

"eh, so io cosa gli farei a questi porci"
"sempre detto che gli integralisti islamici non sono esseri umani….sono dei mostri reali da sconfiggere con le cattive"

Qualche buonista accenna al fatto che al mondo ci sono anche altre cose brutte.
Ma nessuno si chiede una cosa elementare: la notizia è vera o no?
In realtà, la notizia esatta che un certo Daoud Ahmadi, portavoce del governatore di Helmand, cioè di quelli che stanno combattendo contro i taliban, dice che i taliban hanno impiccato un bambino di sette anni.
Daoud Ahmadi?
Certo, Daoud Ahmadi, portavoce del governo Karzai per la provincia di Helmand. Come dimenticarlo? Qualche mese fa, leggevamo infatti:
"“Tutte le persone arrestate hanno confessato”: il portavoce del governatorato di Helmand, Daoud Ahmadi, ha confermato il coinvolgimento di tre medici italiani dell’ong Emergency in un complotto che aveva come obbiettivo il governatore della provincia, Gulab Mangal, secondo quanto riporta il quotidiano britannico The Times."
Cioè Daoud Ahmadi è un signore che affermava che tre medici italiani avevano confessato di volersi imbottire di tritolo e morire uccidendo uno sconosciuto potentato afghano. Daoud Ahmadi aveva anche detto al Times di Londra che i medici di Emergency erano "legati" ad al-Qaida, per smentirsi precipitosamente dopo.
In una prima versione per i media, Daoud Ahmadi aveva anche accusato gli italiani "di aver deliberatamente amputato e ucciso decine di soldati afgani ricoverati nell'ospedale di Emergency". Qui vi potete divertire a osservare il signor Daoud Ahmadi in veloce e spudorata retromarcia, mentre si rimangia tutto.
Ora, nessuno esclude che questa volta Daoud Ahmadi abbia raccontato la verità. Ma non è esattamente una garanzia.
A questo, ci sono arrivato semplicemente grazie a Google. I giornalisti appositamente pagati, sanno almeno che esiste questo utile strumento?

Però, almeno un paio di riflessioni le potresti fare sul fatto che tale accusa sia stata trasmessa da una TV IRANIANA e che il portavoce dei talebani – tanto svelto da moltiplicare la cifra dei morti sull'elicottero ISAF abbattuto dai talebani- stavolta non abbia aperto bocca per smentire l'orrendo crimine.

Perché le donne? Perché tradizionalmente le donne nell'afghanistan prima dei talibani avevano un ruolo importantissimo e nessuna decisione veniva presa nelle tribu, o nelle case,senza prima aver consultato la donna. L'esatto contrario di quello che fanno i talibani.
Uno studioso, reporter francese, Arnaud Desjardin, che certamente non per caso era in Afghanistan negli anni settanta, prima dei grandi stravolgimenti e guerre, ha composto un documentario dal valore storico inestimabile, dove si puo vedere com'era l'Afghanistan… Arnaud Desjardin: Soufi d'Afghanistan.

Similarly, the Islamic Emirate officials contacted local people to know about this grisly rumor and after full investigation by the Islamic Emirate, it became clear that no event of execution had taken place in Sangin and other adjoining districts. The area, Sarvan Kala, where the event has allegedly been happened according to the enemy claims, is actually a valley located between Sangin and Kajaki districts. It is completely under the control of the Mujahidideen of the Islamic Emirate. A judiciary and other administrative structure of the Islamic Emirate is now in place there, running daily affairs according to the Sharia laws. to find solution for problems of the local residents. However, the local courts are not allowed as per the rule to carry out execution without obtaining prior permission of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate or provincial chief judge.
Saravan Kala enjoys complete peace and security since its coming in the hands of the Mujahideen. No attack by the enemy has taken place in the area which would have necessitated to point to a possibility of spying by some one in the area. Nothing such has happened. This proves in itself the enemy claims are a bunch of lies. In fact, the enemy is facing regular defeats on the battle field. So it has focused on making up empty stories for psychological impact. These cock and bull stories are creation of their deceptive imaginations.
Journalists are eyes of the society. But why they do not bother to investigate and verify reports before publishing them and why they have been raking up the issues constantly for days. There is no private or government reporter in Saravan Kala. The local people have neither seen nor heard about the event, then how the media justify their publishing this fatuous and baseless report.
Recently, it has come to notice that the enemy is resorting to maligning campaign about areas under the control of the Mujahideen. So we urge all journalists to be more cautious and investigative about reports, particularly about malicious reports, before publishing them. They should not take the government‘s painting of events or claims for granted. If they do, their conscience and ethics of the profession will condemn them and will lose credibility in the eyes of the local Afghan people.

No attack by the enemy has taken place in the area which would have necessitated to point to a possibility of spying by some one in the area. Nothing such has happened. This proves in itself the enemy claims are a bunch of lies. In fact, the enemy is facing regular defeats on the battle field. So it has focused on making up empty stories for psychological impact. These cock and bull stories are creation of their deceptive imaginations.
Journalists are eyes of the society. But why they do not bother to investigate and verify reports before publishing them and why they have been raking up the issues constantly for days. There is no private or government reporter in Saravan Kala. The local people have neither seen nor heard about the event, then how the media justify their publishing this fatuous and baseless report.
Recently, it has come to notice that the enemy is resorting to maligning campaign about areas under the control of the Mujahideen. So we urge all journalists to be more cautious and investigative about reports, particularly about malicious reports, before publishing them. They should not take the government‘s painting of events or claims for granted. If they do, their conscience and ethics of the profession will condemn them and will lose credibility in the eyes of the local Afghan people.
